The business model

Two products, one sovereign foundation

Both products run on models Kronaxis owns and hosts in the UK. The workers do the work and make the judgement calls; the graph gives them a resolved picture of the United Kingdom to reason over. Neither depends on an outside AI provider, and no customer data leaves UK control.

Digital Workers

Autonomous workers with persistent memory, a distinct personality and their own judgement, built on DYNAMICS-8, our published 8 dimension behaviour model. Each is the same platform applied to a different role, from outreach to research to compliance. Sold per role to teams that need consistent, always on capability, and every worker can reason over the graph.

KX Intelligence

The resolved graph the workers reason over: companies, the people who control them, property, public contracts, grants and sanctions, fused into one queryable picture of the United Kingdom. Also sold on its own, as graph access for compliance, due diligence and financial crime teams, plus a facet where a client fuses their own closed data onto the same rails.

Sovereign inference

Models served on owned UK hardware, trained for each role and each register. No dependency on external AI APIs, complete control of weights, training data and inference cost. The marginal infrastructure cost of an additional customer is negligible, which is where the margin lives.

A compounding data flywheel

Every register refresh sharpens the graph, every deployment sharpens the workers, and each improvement carries across both products. Aug 2026Registered supplier on the UK government procurement portal covering DESNZ, DSIT and UKSBS. Engaging the defence and security research funding route in parallel.

NowOpening a funding round to scale the intelligence graph and the digital workforce, and to move on the government and regulated sector routes now open to us.

Company

About Kronaxis

Kronaxis Limited was incorporated in March 2026 and is founded by Jason Duke, sole inventor across all four patent applications. Research into autonomous digital behaviour began in 2019.

It is run by a small, focused team rather than a large consultancy. All intellectual property, model weights, training data and client data remain under Kronaxis control, on UK soil.

We would rather you checked the work than took our word for it. The intelligence findings are reproducible from public registers, the patents and the DYNAMICS-8 specification are on the public record, and in August 2026 a Private Eye investigation into hidden property ownership drew on and credited our financial crime work.
